The layout’s 5th and 13th holes can be located along Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport’s borders.

Oak Marsh Course

The Oak Marsh Golf Course is among the classic designs of Pete Dye which was built in 1972. This challenging 14-hole course features the small bulk headed greens and tight fairways that meander through the islands’ moss draped heritage oaks and the serpentine salt marsh creeks. The course already served numerous golf competitions including the PGA Section Championship in 1991 and the Society of Seniors Championship in 1992. The Oak Marsh was also cited as one of the prestigious “Top 75 Resort Courses in the U.S.” by Golf Digest.

TPC Stadium at Sawgrass

The TPC Stadium at Sawgrass, redesigned by the famed Pete Dye, has been considered as the stadium golf’s debut. The course features the numerous moguls and pot bunkers, watery oppositions on each of the holes, and the waste areas. This par-72 layout has already received a number of citations including the “Top 100 Courses You Can Play in the U.S.” by GOLF Magazine, and the “America’s 100 Best Modern Courses” by GOLFWEEK.
