Just like the Indian Mound course, this course is also on the open side off the tee and water is not a big factor on either with the exception of a handful of holes.

 Jekyll Island Golf-Pine Lakes Course is an 18-hole course that features 6,802 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. It has a course rating of 71.9 and a slope rating of 130 on Bermuda grass. It has several holes with overhanging trees that require precision to avoid them off the tee and create the apparently generous landing areas less inviting. This course’s name is not a thoroughly apt one. The tree lines are not a big concern while playing and the water is even less factor.
