Debary Golf and Country Club

Perfectly nestled in the vast lands of Orlando’s north side is the 4-star rated Debary Golf and Country Club. This 6,776-yard golf layout was designed by the famous Lloyd Clifton and has been considered as a part of an astounding semi-private country club neighborhood. This 18-hole golf course is also a recipient of various citations including that of reputable golf publications like GOLF Digest. In 2003, the golf layout was also cited as one of “Florida’s Favorite 100” by Florida Golf News Magazine. And since its debut in 1990, Debary has been consistently chosen as the qualifying site for the U.S. Open.

The golf course also features the undulating fairways as well as the rolling greens that are true and fast. Since the layout has been inspired by true Carolina feel, only the 9th and 18th green features the water hazard. And to provide the golfers with their own private space from the prestigious community, the entire layout is set away by the dense woods and vegetation. This par-72 golf gem was also given a course rating of 72.7 and a 134 slope rating on Bermuda grass. Off the tees, guests can have a relaxing get together at the golf club’s luxurious clubhouse that combines business and elegance.

The Debary Golf and Country Club is not just a haven for the golf enthusiasts but also for the nature lovers. Guests coming from almost different parts of the globe flock the place to experience high end golfing together with nature at its finest. Aside from being a popular golf destination, Debary is also a known National Audubon Society certified bird sanctuary.
