The Silverado Golf Resort – South Course is one of Silverado’s two championship courses which stand as the hallmark of Napa Golf adventure. The South Course features dozens of elevation changes, water crossings, and routing in historic oak trees. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the resort is considered to be one of California’s most precious gems offering excellent customer service and breath-taking views experienced in both golf courses (south and north). This golf vacation destination have practice facilities with a full length turf driving range. Putting greens are located near the cart staging area, clubhouse, and luxury hotels.
To sharpen golfers’ chipping and pitching skills, a large practice chipping green is located at the Silverado Golf Resort – South Course near the driving range tee. As the resort administrators always seek for their visitors’ convenience, practice facilities and amenities are situated close to the clubhouse and the cart staging area. For beginners who wanted to have private lessons on their golf trips, they can perform their full swing at the practice area located at the back of the driving range. Sessions are being offered by PGA professionals and the duration of the training is dependent on what package is chosen.
The South Course offers various golf vacation package deals starting on April 15 to November 28, 2012. On Mondays up to Thursdays, the club’s rate is $119 while $139 on Fridays to Sundays. The replay rate of the Silverado Golf Resort – South Course is $25 and tee times can be reserved up to 60 days in advance. The rental pricing is as follows: club rental of $60, Twlight rental of 40, shoes rental of $10, and resort driving range pass of $20 whole day.
